EDWARD NEILSEN, MD

Dr. Edward "Allen" Neilsen spent his youth traveling the world in a military family. He arrived in South Carolina in 1997 where he attended Clemson University. While attending Medical School at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) he met Drs. Osbon and Oberg and they began their lifelong friendship and passion for helping others. After graduating he specialized in Family Medicine, completing his Residency at Palmetto Health Richland in Columbia, SC. Since then he has worked in Family Medicine, Urgent Care, Telehealth, and Occupational Medicine throughout the state of South Carolina and has served in numerous leadership positions both locally and on a state level.

Dr. Neilsen is excited to help bring Ketamine services to the many people in need around the state of South Carolina and beyond. His goal, as well as those of Drs. Oberg and Osbon, is to offer these services in a welcoming, monitored environment; providing a caring atmosphere in a fashion that exceeds expectations. At a time where people are pushed through the healthcare system, focusing on volume rather than results, Dr. Neilsen wants to bring back compassionate, meaningful care.

Like his colleagues and friends, Dr. Neilsen is blessed to be living in South Carolina and enjoys spending time fishing, sailing, and spending time with his wife, two sons, and Daisy (his rescue dog).
