Dr. Erik Oberg arrived to South Carolina in 1998 after graduating from the United States Air Force Academy to attend the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC). It was at MUSC where he met Dr Osbon and there began a lifelong friendship. After graduating he went on to specialize in Emergency Medicine and honorably served his country all over the world as a Flight Surgeon, ER doctor and Critical Care Air Transport physician in the US Air Force until he returned to the great state of South Carolina in 2015 to pursue his career in the ER. Having directly observed the life changing experience that ketamine infusions can have, he is very excited to bring that same experience to Myrtle Beach SC. He feels blessed to be able to offer this tremendous treatment and caring approach to the Grand Strand.

His interests outside of medicine include sailing, boating, fishing and being with his family. Dr. Oberg is board certified in Emergency Medicine and a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians. He holds medical licenses in South Carolina, Georgia and Texas.
